Sweat & Sculpt Society was created to change the experience of training from something intimidating, inconsistent, or surface-level into something people actually feel part of and have part of their life, for life!

Because a key focus is the experiences beyond the gym floor, so your becomes about more than training it becomes about helping you grow, evolve, and feel more like yourself in every single area of your life.
We were never intended to be “just a gym”
Sweat & Sculpt Society didn’t come from wanting to open a gym, it came from seeing what was missing in the market.
There were no female-focused, small group personal training spaces in Preston that truly prioritised people who really hated or felt scared of the gym.
Sweat & Sculpt Society was built to change that.
Our Story
Here, nerves are wildly understood and confidence building is part of the process, not expected.
It’s a shared feeling from person to person, and that’s is one of the biggest strengths of this community is the like-mindedness within it.
Everyone gets it, and that’s what makes showing up a hell of a lot easier and safer.
It usually starts with the same nervous energy, and you thinking “I don’t think this is for me”
You’ll be nervous to walk in, where to stand, wondering who knows who, worried it’ll be obvious you’re new, basically second-guessing yourself.
But then you quickly realise this isn’t anything like your previous experiences!
You’re welcomed by all, supported and encouraged. And slowly but surely, that doubt gets quieter, you start to take up more space, push outside of your comfort zone and then one day, you walk in knowing you belong. And then what comes after that, is the life you’ve been waiting for…

Chloe | Founder & Coach
Chloe is the driving force behind Sweat & Sculpt Society shaping not just how it looks, but how it feels.
Everything you experience here the energy, the structure, the standard is intentional. Built from her belief that training should feel empowering, not intimidating, and that every woman deserves more out of life.
It’s about helping you raise your standards, build confidence, and follow through on the things you say you want even when it feels uncomfortable.
She’ll challenge you, support you, and hold you to a level that helps you grow, physically but more so mentally. Because for Chloe, this has never just been about training, it’s about what happens when you start backing yourself and being in an environment that expects you to.
Laura | Coach & Stretch Specialist
Laura deeply understands what this space is.
From the moment you meet her, there’s a calm confidence about Laura that instantly puts you at ease. She has a way of making even the most nervous feel capable, supported, and shows you that you belong.
Her knowledge and experience are undeniable, but it’s how she delivers it that sets her apart. She is thoughtful, intentional, and built around helping you move better, feel stronger, and grow in confidence.
Alongside coaching, Laura plays a key role in your overall wellbeing as our onsite. Through her Stretch & Move sessions, she helps you slow down, reconnect with your body and take the necessary recovery to continue growing.
Ellie | Coach & Pre/Postnatal Specialist
Ellie is a force to be reckoned with! She brings an energy into every session that challenges you. She won’t let you coast - but you’ll never feel out of your depth. There’s a balance to how she coaches that makes you feel both supported and driven at the same time.
Ellie has a depth of experience within the industry, and it shows in the way she coaches with intent, structure, and purpose. You’re not just working hard for the sake of it, she understands the numbers and she knows you!
She also specialises in pre and postnatal training, bringing an extra layer of understanding and care to the women here. Whether you’re brand new to training or learning to trust your body again, Ellie meets you where you are at no matter what stage of life.
Abigail | Coach & Client Journey Specialist
Abigail’s journey is what Sweat & Sculpt Society is all about.
From walking in as a nervous 1-1 client, to becoming part of the group, to now coaching within the space! She truly understands what it feels like to start.
She brings empathy, encouragement, and real perspective into every session, helping you feel at ease, supported, and confident as you find your feet.
Yvette | Coach & Energy & Performance
Yvette is someone who always had a natural coaching energy you could feel it from the start.
There’s an enthusiasm and presence about her that lifts the room, making sessions feel positive, motivating, and full of intent, which isn’t forced, it’s just who she is!
Now, she brings that energy into every session, helping you feel encouraged and capable of anything!
